Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Financial Services and Banking sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
• Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote financial products and services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market conditions; adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure alignment and enhance the client experience.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services or banking sector.
Skills:
-Strong understanding of financial products and services.
-Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
