Manager – Inventory Movement & Distribution (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Inventory Movement & Distribution to lead and optimize the flow of goods across our remote-first logistics network. This role involves managing inventory transitions between warehouses, overseeing distribution processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective order fulfillment across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of inventory transfers and distribution routes
• Manage relationships with warehouse teams, 3PLs, and carriers
• Ensure real-time accuracy of stock movement across multiple hubs and systems
• Analyze data to optimize routes, inventory placement, and cost efficiency
• Resolve delays, shortages, and logistics issues with speed and accuracy
• Report on inventory turnover, transit performance, and warehouse coordination

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in inventory and distribution management
• Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
• Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills
• Experience managing logistics remotely is a strong advantage
