Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Data Analytics to lead our high-performing analytics team. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of data strategies that empower decision-making, drive business growth, and enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the organization has access to timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts and BI developers
  • Define analytics strategy aligned with business goals across departments
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting systems, and advanced analytics models
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, operations, and finance to identify key metrics and deliver strategic insights
  • Guide the design and execution of complex data projects, including forecasting, customer analysis, and performance tracking
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all analytics functions
  • Advocate for a data-driven culture and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization
  • Partner with engineering teams on data infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and languages such as Python or R
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing concepts
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, or related industries
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure, or AWS)
  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus
