Lead a team of data scientists in the development and analysis of clinical trial data for Pfizer’s mission to improve patient lives worldwide.
Apply scientific expertise and knowledge of healthcare to drive innovation and advance the understanding of clinical data.
Manage and oversee the quality and accuracy of clinical trial data, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key research questions and develop data-driven solutions.
Develop and implement data analysis plans and strategies to support clinical trial objectives.
Use statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze complex and large-scale clinical data sets.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including presentations and reports.
Stay current with advancements in data science and healthcare to continuously improve and enhance data analysis methods.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and success.
