Provide exceptional makeup services to customers, including consultations, applications, and education on products and techniques.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of makeup trends, techniques, and products to create a wide range of looks for customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, as well as follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive and personalized experience.
Collaborate with sales associates to recommend and sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date on new makeup products and techniques, as well as participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company.
Assist with visual merchandising and product displays to enhance the customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting and assisting co-workers when needed.
