Maintenance Director

Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.
Create and manage a maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving measures.
Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA, fire codes, and state and federal guidelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to obtain competitive pricing and quality services.
Continuously seek out ways to improve the maintenance processes and procedures to enhance the overall resident experience.
