USA WINZONS is actively hiring a detail-oriented and technically proficient Mainframes Developer to support our enterprise-level applications and legacy systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and DB2
  • Analyze business and system requirements to provide scalable technical solutions
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of batch and online programs
  • Participate in production support, performance tuning, and application upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure code meets business needs and quality standards
  • Document technical specifications and support system integrations and migrations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Mainframes Developer
  • Strong command of COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2
  • Experience working in z/OS environments
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and version control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
