Job Description

Locations: Hybrid – Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA
• We’re seeking an experienced Mainframe Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain critical z/OS environments.
• The role involves managing batch schedules (Control-M), resolving CICS/DB2 incidents, executing JCL, and ensuring system uptime.
• Must have hands-on experience with JCL, TSO/ISPF, REXX, COBOL, CICS, DB2, SDSF, and Git. Requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and on-call support skills.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible) or financial systems is a plus.
