Role Overview
As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative, you will be part of the Kobie Contact Center team, responsible for supporting client loyalty programs and creating meaningful connections with customers. This is a remote role that allows you to provide customer service across phone, email, and chat while working from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply client-specific loyalty program guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary.
- De-escalate challenging situations with effective communication and problem-solving.
- Use internal systems efficiently while multitasking to meet service-level agreements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and schedules.
- Maintain a professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Flexibility with schedules, including weekends, and ability to adapt to changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Positive “whatever it takes” attitude toward customer care.
