Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a strategic and experienced Logistics Network Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics infrastructure. In this fully remote role, you’ll manage performance across distribution hubs, shipping partners, and fulfillment systems to ensure speed, reliability, and scalability in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across the logistics network, including distribution, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery
  • Design and implement improvements in network efficiency, cost, and service quality
  • Manage logistics KPIs, generate insights, and report on network health
  • Oversee partnerships with carriers, 3PL providers, and technology vendors
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, inventory, customer success) to align goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry regulations across all touchpoints

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics network management or multi-site operations
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and transportation/logistics software
  • Experience managing remote teams and virtual supply chain systems
