Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Logistics & Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to manage daily distribution workflows and support our growing remote logistics network. In this fully remote position, you’ll oversee the coordination of order fulfillment, inventory flow, and last-mile delivery performance—ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily logistics and fulfillment operations across multiple virtual hubs
  • Monitor order accuracy, packing efficiency, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, 3PLs, and shipping carriers
  • Resolve fulfillment or logistics issues and support process improvements
  • Track and report KPIs (on-time delivery, order error rate, shipment costs)
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control protocols

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Operations
  • 3–5 years of experience in fulfillment and logistics operations
  • Familiarity with WMS, shipping platforms, and inventory systems
  • Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in managing or supervising remote logistics operations is a plus
