Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a highly organized and performance-driven Logistics Execution Manager to oversee real-time logistics operations across our remote supply chain. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, timely, and cost-effective execution of transportation, shipping, and delivery workflows from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including order dispatch, shipment tracking, and carrier coordination
  • Ensure execution of outbound and inbound logistics processes according to performance and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot shipping and fulfillment issues in real time, implementing quick solutions
  • Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery timelines, costs, accuracy) and report on execution performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, 3PL partners, and carriers to improve fulfillment execution
  • Support logistics strategy initiatives with data, reporting, and operational insights

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on logistics operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and shipping platforms
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience managing or supporting logistics remotely is a plus
