Job Summary

We are hiring skilled Truck Drivers for LMIA-approved positions across Canada. This opportunity provides work permit sponsorship under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) for international applicants in 2025. Drivers will safely transport goods across regional and cross-country routes while adhering to Canadian transportation laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy trucks to transport goods over long distances or within city limits.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety compliance.
  • Ensure cargo is properly secured and loaded according to safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks for driving hours, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules.
  • Report vehicle issues or incidents and follow company maintenance protocols.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules; adjust for road conditions or delays.
  • Deliver goods professionally and courteously to clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned vehicles.
  • Comply with federal and provincial transportation regulations, including Hours of Service rules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (Class 1 / AZ or equivalent).
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations.
  • Good command of English; French is an asset.
  • Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and route planning tools.
  • Physically fit to handle long hours of driving and occasional loading/unloading.
  • Strong time management, navigation, and communication skills.
  • Long-haul or regional trucking experience preferred.

LMIA & Work Permit Details

  • LMIA-approved role: employer authorized to hire foreign workers.
  • Work permit application support provided under the TFWP.
  • Work permits typically issued for 2 years, with extension and PR pathways (Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program).
  • Visa guidance and relocation support provided.
