Position Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to high-stakes civil litigation. This role offers direct involvement in complex class action cases with significant national impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state and federal courts
- Develop legal strategies to support class certification and liability
- Conduct discovery, including depositions and expert coordination
- Assist with class action settlement negotiations and claims administration
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership
- 2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex civil cases
- Central District of California location highly encouraged
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Collaborative team player who can take initiative and ownership over cases
