Key Responsibilities
- Develop new features, plugins, and advanced theme components within WordPress.
- Develop internal tools for Linchpin.
- Implement security measures and follow WordPress security best practices.
- Plan, estimate, develop, collaborate, test, and perform QA on projects.
- Integrate third-party APIs with performance and security considerations.
Qualifications
- Advanced PHP development experience.
- Experience working on team-based development projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Required Skills
- Comprehensive PHP knowledge
- Experience with LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- Git
- Modern PHP practices (autoloading, dependency management, OOP, MVC)
- JavaScript (modern practices, webpack, babel, ES2015+ syntax)
- WordPress plugin and theme development
- Understanding of security best practices
