We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to guide our design team in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading UX strategy, managing design processes, and ensuring that every user interaction reflects excellence in usability and aesthetics. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn complex problems into elegant solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design process from research to final implementation.
  • Develop and communicate design strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona creation.
  • Oversee wireframes, prototypes, and user flow documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with UI designers and developers.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices.

  • Proven experience as a Lead UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and processes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant user experiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
