About the role:

Reporting to the Manager, Technical Success, you will play a key role as a leader of the Customer Success team in the assigned region. You will work as a player/coach on various projects simultaneously, including customer onboarding and implementation projects, enablement and technical guidance. Qualified candidates will have strong leadership experience, teamwork skills as they will work closely with the Service, TechOps, and Sales teams to ensure long-term success and retention. This role is heavily customer-facing, so strong comfortability and aptitude for leading external demonstrations and presentations is required.

Occasionally, you will act as an escalation point for technical queries with the customer and work with the TechOps and Product team to advocate for customers. You will work closely with the regional Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Specialists to help drive Test Strategy, Best Practices, and implementation guidance with the customers.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for:
• Demonstrating Best Practices and Implementation Guidance for new customers as a trusted Provar expert
• Working closely with the Customer Success Management team to support customer projects, at-risk recovery, and growth opportunities
• Help customers build their Automation Framework and Testing Strategy
• Building rapport with customers as a trusted advisor and partner to their Provar project by solving technical queries skillfully and educationally
• Create and contribute to knowledge base materials dedicated towards internal and external education
• Assist with the design and delivery of products and other technical demonstrations, and training
• Do Project Reviews to ensure long term success and maintain ROI.

About you:

You’ll have:

6+ years of experience in Web Automation (preferably Provar, or Selenium
with Java)
• DevOps Experience and a strong understanding of the CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in Salesforce.com testing or testing of another SAAS application
• Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs,
etc.)
• Experience in testing of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Databases
• Familiarity with Version Controls systems and their usage (Git, SVN, TFVC, etc.)
• Experience working with various DevOps tools and solutions (such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps,
CircleCI, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket, etc.)
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience with Project Management and Bug Tracking Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Good in communication and a Proactive attitude
• Strong understanding of SDLC / STLC, Quality Assurance, and/or application Testing and its
need
• Demonstrated analysis, logic-building, problem-solving, and troubleshooting expertise
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
• Customer Facing Experience
• Design of automated test scenarios for complex Salesforce projects
• Salesforce software project implementation experience
