We are seeking an experienced Lead React JS Developer to lead our front-end development team at The Dignify Solutions, LLC. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js and related technologies, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced front-end architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of front-end developers.
  • Design and develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable React applications.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a React JS Developer, with leadership or team lead experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with Next.js, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Git, Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
