We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at United Software Group Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing robust web applications, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. You will work across all layers of the technology stack—front-end, back-end, database, and cloud—to build efficient, scalable, and secure software solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performing web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Build responsive front-end components using Angular, React, or Blazor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or .NET Lead Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Front-end experience with Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
