📝 Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead our development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Architect and implement complex features and solutions.
  • Manage code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to integrate front-end and back-end systems.
  • Review code, guide team members, and ensure best development practices.
  • Handle deployment processes and version control (Git, CI/CD).
  • Research and adopt emerging web technologies.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Redux, and Context API.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of security principles, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and database design.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
