You will collaborate closely with team members, implement best practices, and contribute to scalable, cutting-edge technology applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Innovation: Lead the creation of new functionalities and integrate them into existing systems (approx. 70% new development, 30% maintenance & improvement).
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and system analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Project Management: Ensure projects are on track, support team members, and implement best practices in software delivery.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Innovation & Scalability: Demonstrate a passion for creating scalable, efficient, and innovative technology applications.
  • Compliance & Security: Follow IT regulations, data protection laws, and security best practices in all deliverables.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Mobile: iOS (Swift, Objective C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, CoreGraphics, CoreData, Realm, multithreading/GCD, package managers Cocoapods/Carthage)
    • Android: Android SDK, Java
    • Web & Backend: PHP, Python, REST services, OOP
  • Development Practices: Agile/Scrum methodology experience, version control systems (BitBucket, SVN, Github).
  • Soft Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken), strong problem-solving, project management, and mentoring abilities.
