🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for proactive, innovative, and highly skilled technology leaders to join our team as Leads for iOS, Android, Web Development, System Analysis, and Web Design. You will take ownership of building scalable, high-performance applications, while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence across projects.

This role combines hands-on development, system analysis, and strategic project management, with a strong emphasis on adopting cutting-edge technologies and implementing industry best practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new functionalities, ensuring approximately 70% new development and 30% maintenance & improvement of existing systems
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and analysts
  • Stay updated with latest software development trends, frameworks, and tools; share knowledge across the team
  • Implement best practices in software architecture, security, and data protection standards
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to keep deliverables on track and support team productivity
  • Mentor and guide team members in coding, design, and system integration
  • Continuously learn, problem-solve, and innovate in developing scalable technology solutions
  • Ensure software solutions comply with IT regulations, security guidelines, and data privacy laws

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in:
    • Mobile Development: Android SDK, iOS Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, CoreGraphics, multithreading (GCD), CoreData, Realm
    • Backend & Web: PHP, Java, Python, RESTful APIs
    • Version Control & Project Tools: BitBucket, GitHub, SVN, package managers (Cocoapods, Carthage)
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, system architecture, and scalable application design
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while fostering collaboration
