We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Frontend Developer to join our growing development team at Cynet Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of frontend developers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to bring creative ideas to life through efficient and elegant code.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the frontend development team and oversee the entire project lifecycle.
  • Design and implement high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best coding practices.
  • Work closely with backend teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with leadership or team management experience.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong proficiency in frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with Redux, Next.js, or other state management libraries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
