🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Front End Engineer who combines hands-on expertise with strong architectural thinking.

You will lead frontend initiatives for a large-scale SaaS product used by millions globally—driving quality, scalability, and performance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Review product requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Architect and develop reusable React components
  • Write robust unit and integration tests
  • Build an open and scalable application platform enabling third-party integrations
  • Perform peer code reviews and improve engineering standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
  • Plan, estimate, and track deliverables for predictable sprint execution
  • Collaborate with backend teams (Java integration preferred) on API design
  • Introduce new technologies and drive frontend evolution

🧠 Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Frontend/UI development experience
  • Proven hands-on coding expertise
  • Delivered at least one flagship application with a large user base
  • Strong experience in React ecosystem (Redux, MobX, Material-UI)
  • Deep understanding of design patterns and modern frontend paradigms
  • Expertise with frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint)
  • Experience with Playwright or Selenium
  • Strong experience in SaaS, distributed, event-driven systems
  • Experience collaborating with backend teams (Java integration preferred)
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong project execution, planning, and risk management skills
  • Strong UX understanding and business acumen
