We are seeking an experienced Lead Front End Developer to join our dynamic team at Optomi. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality, user-friendly web interfaces while mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that our front-end architecture is scalable, efficient, and aligned with modern best practices.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into functional interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance.
  • Review and maintain clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on front-end technologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front End Developer or Lead Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with Git, Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in performance optimization and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
