We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead .NET Developer to join our expert development team at Patton Labs Inc. The ideal candidate will lead backend development projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the architecture and design of enterprise-level applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and user-centric software solutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code using C#, ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Architect solutions that support both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay current with emerging .NET technologies and industry trends.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer with leadership or team lead experience.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, LINQ, and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (optional).
  • Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
