Who You Will Work With
- Collaborate across FBAT (Football, Baseball, Athletic Training) and Golf teams.
- Partner with designers, developers, product managers, operations, and leadership.
- Work under the Senior Manager, Graphic Design.
- Ensure feasibility, alignment, and consensus on bold, creative ideas.
Role Overview
The Lead Graphic Designer will shape the future of Jordan Sport by translating insights into authentic narratives and compelling design solutions. You will concept, sketch, and execute designs across apparel and footwear while elevating the consumer experience. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and impact-driven role.
Core Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute innovative graphic designs, patterns, and layouts.
- Translate consumer insights into authentic storytelling through visual design.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions.
- Present design intent clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Foster inclusivity and diverse perspectives throughout the creative process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–7+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Expertise in typography, illustration, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with digital platforms a plus.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
