Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems for a variety of products and services.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to a team of engineers in order to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in order to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster their professional growth and development.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of control systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select the best components for control systems.
Lead and participate in design reviews to identify and resolve any potential issues or risks.
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including management and customers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and support.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of control systems to identify areas for improvement.
Act as a technical expert and provide guidance to other departments, such as sales and marketing, on control system capabilities and features.
