USA Winzons is seeking an experienced and strategic Key Client Success Manager to remotely oversee client relationships and retention efforts in the San Jose, CA region. In this role, you will ensure top-tier service delivery, long-term client satisfaction, and successful onboarding and account management of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary remote point of contact for key clients in the San Jose area
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation, and service delivery with internal teams
- Monitor client performance metrics and proactively address issues
- Present regular performance reviews and strategic updates to stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years in client success, account management, or customer experience roles
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts remotely
