As a Junior WordPress Frontend Developer, you will collaborate with design and back-end teams to build visually appealing, highly functional WordPress websites. This role emphasizes proficiency in WordPress page builders, Bootstrap, jQuery, and optionally Tailwind CSS. Your work will directly impact website performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Transform design concepts into fully functional WordPress websites in collaboration with designers and back-end developers.
  • Develop custom themes, templates, and components to enhance aesthetics and performance.
  • Use WordPress page builder plugins (Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder) to create and customize web pages.
  • Build responsive layouts with Bootstrap for mobile-friendly designs.
  • Implement interactive elements and animations using jQuery.
  • Optionally, utilize Tailwind CSS to streamline design and development.
  • Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code with cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing and ensure websites follow SEO best practices.

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of CSS pre-processing (SASS/LESS).
  • Experience with WordPress themes, page builders, and plugins.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
  • Basic proficiency in Photoshop or other design tools.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
