Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

🔹 About the Role

Theories Consulting builds fast, functional, and thoughtfully designed websites. We’re seeking a Junior WordPress Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience, eager to work on real client projects, learn continuously, and grow within a collaborative digital team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into high-performing websites and sharpening their skills in a practical, agency-driven environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements.
  • Work with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to enhance functionality.
  • Build and manage pages using Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Optimize websites for speed, security, SEO readiness, and responsiveness.
  • Implement updates, integrations, and new features.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional WordPress experience.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS architecture.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Elementor or Divi.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

🔹 Good to Have (Optional)

  • Basic understanding of SEO structure and analytics.
  • Knowledge of hosting, domains, and website migrations.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (added advantage).
  • Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Experience with website security and backup tools.
