🔹 About the Role

Theories Consulting is seeking a Junior WordPress Web Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to work on real client projects, enhance their technical skills, and grow within a collaborative digital team. You’ll help build fast, functional, and visually appealing websites using WordPress and related technologies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
  • Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements.
  • Work with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to enhance site functionality.
  • Build and manage pages using Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg.
  • Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Optimize websites for speed, security, SEO, and responsiveness.
  • Implement updates, integrations, and new features.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year professional WordPress experience.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS architecture.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Elementor or Divi.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite from Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

🔹 Good to Have (Optional)

  • Basic understanding of SEO structure and analytics.
  • Knowledge of hosting, domains, and website migrations.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (advantageous).
  • Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Experience with website security and backup tools.
