🚀 Role Overview

Growth Atom is looking for a Junior Web Developer skilled in WordPress and Shopify to build, customize, and maintain websites for diverse clients.

You should be comfortable managing multiple projects remotely and collaborating closely with design and marketing teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WordPress & Shopify websites
  • Customize themes, plugins, and storefronts
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
  • Perform updates, bug fixes, backups, and ongoing maintenance
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Manage multiple development projects efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required

🛠 Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in WordPress & Shopify (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
  • Basic knowledge of Laravel (Plus)
  • Understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with Git / Version Control
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Good communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask

🌟 Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Magento or custom CMS platforms
  • Basic knowledge of React / Angular / Vue.js
  • Familiarity with SASS & modern frontend workflows

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
