Growth Atom is seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to join our remote team. You will work on WordPress and Shopify websites, customizing themes, plugins, and storefronts while ensuring high performance and seamless user experience.

This role is ideal for candidates who can manage multiple projects remotely and collaborate effectively with design and marketing teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites
  • Customize themes, plugins, and storefronts as per project requirements
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
  • Handle website updates, bug fixes, ongoing maintenance, and regular backups
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Assist in managing multiple web development projects
  • Support and coordinate with team members as needed

🛠 Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of WordPress & Shopify (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
  • Basic knowledge of Laravel is a plus
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience with Git/version control
  • Familiarity with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

🌟 Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Magento or custom CMS
  • Basic understanding of React, Angular, Vue.js
  • Knowledge of SASS and modern frontend workflows

💰 Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
  • Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
