Overview:
The Elite Job is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Web Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for female candidates with a passion for front-end design and a strong foundation in HTML and CSS. You will collaborate with senior designers and developers to create visually appealing, responsive web pages and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and update web pages using HTML and CSS.
  • Implement responsive designs for mobile and desktop.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and content teams.
  • Optimize web designs for speed, accessibility, and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and fix basic design-related issues.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all web pages.
  • Participate in design brainstorming and provide creative input.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and design trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with design tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Canva (preferred).
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Strong eye for design, color theory, layout, and typography.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
  • Willingness to learn and follow design/development guidelines.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years in web design or related field.
  • Freshers with strong HTML/CSS skills encouraged to apply.
  • Internship experience in web or graphic design is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible 4–6 hours per day.
  • Monday to Friday (weekends off).
  • Occasional team meetings via Zoom/Google Meet.
