We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. You will collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs that enhance user experiences and strengthen our brand presence across web, mobile, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual assets.
  • Design and create graphics, user interfaces, and user experiences for digital products, websites, and mobile applications.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure innovative and relevant designs.
  • Assist in maintaining design assets, including style guides, templates, and icon libraries.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic, UI, and UX design.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or related field (internship experience considered).
