Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Maintain Web Pages: Build responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with Designers: Translate visual designs into functional web interfaces.
  • Write Clean Code: Follow best practices and maintain readable, efficient, and well-structured code.
  • Optimize Performance: Ensure fast load times and smooth user experiences by optimizing assets and code.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure consistent performance across multiple browsers and devices.
  • Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality front-end functionality.
  • Version Control: Use Git to track code changes and collaborate with the team.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with new technologies, best practices, and trends in web development.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (1–2 years or relevant projects).
  • Understanding of responsive web design and implementation techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, NPM/Yarn).
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Strong attention to detail in layouts, typography, and spacing.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in front-end development.
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles.
  • Experience with API integration in front-end applications.
