🔹 Role Overview

As a Junior Front-End Developer, you will assist in building and maintaining web applications under the guidance of the Lead Frontend Engineer. This role is hands-on, providing exposure to modern frontend frameworks, architecture, and best practices, while supporting product and design teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Technical Contribution

  • Assist in building fast, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Translate designs and product requirements into clean, performant UI.
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser interfaces.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
  • Support frontend performance optimization and debugging.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and maintain coding standards.

Learning & Growth

  • Gain hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks like React.js.
  • Learn frontend state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
  • Understand CI/CD pipelines, version control, and build tools.
  • Receive mentorship from senior engineers and the Lead Frontend Engineer.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern layout systems.
  • Familiarity with React.js or other modern front-end frameworks.
  • Exposure to REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
  • Familiarity with Git and basic version control workflows.
  • Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser issues.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build tools.
