We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Direct Lending team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making processes by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets related to lending operations. You’ll collaborate closely with financial analysts, risk teams, and technology professionals to ensure the accuracy and reliability of lending data that drives key business insights.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate financial and lending data for analysis.
  • Support the Direct Lending team in data preparation and reporting.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and workflows.
  • Assist in the automation of recurring reports and data processes.
  • Analyze trends and performance metrics to support portfolio management.
  • Document data models, processes, and findings.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience or internship in finance, lending, or analytics preferred.
