We are looking for a talented Junior WordPress Developer to join our on-site team and contribute to building high-performance, user-friendly websites.

🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building responsive, secure, and scalable websites and enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced team environment.

⚠️ This is strictly an on-site role in Vadodara.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes (from scratch or existing frameworks)
  • Convert detailed Figma designs into fully functional WordPress themes
  • Customize and extend WordPress plugins as per project requirements
  • Ensure websites are:
    • Responsive
    • Cross-browser compatible
    • Optimized for speed and SEO
  • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and developers to deliver projects on time
  • Implement WordPress security best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and technologies

💻 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional WordPress development experience
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development
  • Excellent knowledge of:
    • PHP
    • MySQL
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript
    • jQuery
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
  • Experience in custom theme development
  • Understanding of WordPress REST API
  • Basic knowledge of WooCommerce
  • Familiarity with Git and local development environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Experience with performance optimization tools (GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
