💼 Job Description

We are seeking a Java UI Frontend Developer with strong experience in Java and frontend frameworks to join our team. This role requires expertise in AngularJS or ReactJS, paired programming, test-driven development, and Agile methodologies.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement UI components using Java, AngularJS, or ReactJS.
  • Participate in full software development life cycle, from design to deployment.
  • Collaborate in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Apply Extreme Programming (XP) practices including pair programming and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Leverage tools such as IntelliJ, GitHub, Spring Framework, MongoDB, Jenkins, Docker, Node.js.
  • Contribute to agile development, including sprints, planning, and code reviews.
  • Apply technical skills to meet or exceed delivery velocity as a full-stack developer.
  • Support projects in the insurance domain (preferred).

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (progressive experience may substitute education).
  • 6+ years of software development and technology implementation experience.
  • 6+ years in Java / JEE development.
  • 4+ years experience with Object-Oriented JavaScript and AngularJS or ReactJS.
  • 4+ years experience with Extreme Programming (XP), including TDD and pair programming.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including XP and paired programming.
  • Hands-on experience with IntelliJ IDE, GitHub, Spring, MongoDB, Jenkins, Docker, Node.js.
  • Experience working in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Ability to meet technical and delivery velocity expectations as a full-stack developer.
