📝 Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Identity and Access Management Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE and Oracle IAM technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IAM frameworks, federation protocols, and enterprise security practices.

You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and implementing identity governance, authentication systems, and access control solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, experience with IAM product implementation, and the capability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver secure identity architectures.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) components
• Develop IAM workflows including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance
• Architect strategic IAM solutions aligned with enterprise security policies
• Build governance programs linked to business processes and compliance requirements
• Analyze existing systems and processes to ensure secure provisioning of resources
• Support implementation of identity management and access control solutions
• Assist organizations in building complete IAM security programs
• Assess compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA, and HIPAA
• Troubleshoot identity infrastructure issues and improve security posture
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams

🧑‍💻 Required Core Technical Skills

• 5+ years experience with Java / J2EE development
• Strong experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) products:
  • Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
  • Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
  • Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
• Experience using JDeveloper
• Experience with:
  • Oracle Identity Manager 12c
  • Oracle Access Manager 12c
  • Oracle Unified Directory 12c
  • Oracle Identity Cloud Service
  • AWS
• Experience upgrading Oracle IAM environments to 12c
• Knowledge of OIM connectors for:
  • Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • PeopleSoft
  • Office 365
• Experience configuring authentication schemes including Kerberos and Federation

🔐 Security & IAM Knowledge

• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management fundamentals
• Federation protocols and standards:
  • SAML 2.0 / 1.1
  • WS-Federation
  • Liberty
• Knowledge of enterprise security technologies:
  • Windows / UNIX systems
  • Networking and Firewalls
  • Vulnerability scanners
  • Security policies
  • Cryptography

  • Directory services
