Job Description

We are seeking a Java FullStack Developer with strong experience in backend and frontend technologies, capable of leading a team and collaborating in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore). This role requires both hands-on development expertise and experience in project leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software solutions using Java 1.6+, Spring, Hibernate, AngularJS, Servlets, Web Services (SOAP & RESTful).
  • Work with tools like Junit, Eclipse, Apache server, Linux/Unix, WebLogic server.
  • Collaborate effectively with offshore teams in a Global Delivery model.
  • Lead project tasks including estimation, resource management, prioritization, and execution.
  • Participate in software development life cycle and project life cycle activities for development and maintenance projects.
  • Research and implement new and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in credit card and payments domain is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Jira, Git, Maven, Confluence.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role leading teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development and project lifecycle activities.
  • Experience working in a Global Delivery model.
  • U.S. citizens or authorized to work in the U.S. only (no sponsorship available for OPT-EAD, TN Visa, or H1B).
