Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern Java, open-source technologies, and microservices architecture. This role involves building scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting day-to-day operational activities in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has strong backend and frontend experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java 17, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Build and integrate frontend components using React.js.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Handle day-to-day operational support and application troubleshooting.
  • Identify recurring issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement long-term fixes.
  • Work with source code repositories and build tools to manage application releases.
  • Ensure high-quality code through testing frameworks and development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in Java and open-source technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Java 17 / J2EE
    • Spring Boot (version 5 or higher)
    • Microservices architecture
    • React.js
    • Vert.x
  • Solid experience with RDBMS and databases, such as SQL, Oracle, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
  • Experience using code build tools and source repositories (Git or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with development tools and testing frameworks.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
