Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful services, and Oracle databases. This role involves building and integrating scalable backend systems, optimizing database performance, and supporting payment and integration workflows in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in object-oriented design, enterprise Java frameworks, and service-oriented architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integration solutions using Spring Boot–based microservices.
  • Build, expose, and consume RESTful and web services using Java.
  • Develop and maintain backend services with Oracle databases, including query optimization.
  • Work on payments processing and system integrations.
  • Apply object-oriented principles, design patterns, and best practices in application development.
  • Contribute to service-oriented and enterprise integration architectures (SOA/EIB).
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Java and backend application development.
  • Proficiency in Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience developing RESTful and web services.
  • Solid experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, DML, and DDL.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Knowledge of Design Patterns, SOA, EIB, Java EE, and enterprise integration principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
