We are looking for a skilled IVR Developer to design, develop, and maintain Interactive Voice Response systems used in modern call centers and automated customer service platforms.

In this role, you will work with telephony platforms, backend systems, and speech technologies to create seamless automated call experiences. You will collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to build reliable voice solutions that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for developers who enjoy working with telephony systems, APIs, and automation technologies.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement IVR applications and call flows
• Build voice-enabled applications using IVR platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or similar
• Develop integrations between IVR systems, APIs, databases, and backend services
• Implement speech recognition and text-to-speech functionality
• Write and maintain code using languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Troubleshoot IVR call flow issues and system errors
• Collaborate with QA teams to perform testing and debugging
• Optimize call routing and user interaction flows
• Ensure high system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Document system architecture and development processes

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong experience in IVR application development
• Knowledge of telephony protocols and call routing systems
• Experience with IVR platforms like Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Nuance, etc.
• Programming experience in Java, Python, C++, or similar languages
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and database integrations
• Familiarity with speech recognition and voice automation technologies
• Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and telecommunication systems
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with version control tools such as Git

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience developing or maintaining IVR or telephony applications
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus
