Job Purpose: Support and implementation of Service Management tools
Qualification: Computer Engineering Graduate
Certifications: ITSM-related certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO20000, COBIT)
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Reporting To: Service Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
Understand business objectives and requirements for Service Management (SM) and IT Asset Management Assess existing support structures, capabilities, processes, and tools Lead workshops with key stakeholders to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements Create functional specifications based on business needs Ensure SM policies and processes are well documented and shared Implement Service Management tools at customer locations Provide post-implementation support Work with REST APIs, integrations, and automation tools Coordinate with stakeholders using strong analytical and communication skills
Technical Skills / Competencies
Mandatory:
Strong experience in IT Service Management Experience designing IT service frameworks and defining service management strategies Ability to document IT policies and processes Implementation experience with enterprise ITSM platforms Hands-on experience with Ivanti Service Manager Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and automation tools Experience with tools such as Ivanti, IMS Saphire, Symphony Summit, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, LANDesk (Ivanti preferred)
Optional:
Development experience Experience with database tools and reporting
