Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• *

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• *

Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• *

Assist in IT security management by implementing antivirus solutions, firewalls, and system updates.
• *

Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• *

Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system efficiency and automation.
• *

Provide technical training and support to employees on IT systems and best practices.

Assist with IT procurement, vendor management, and inventory tracking.

Perform routine system audits, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of IT support experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and networking protocols.

Familiarity with IT security principles and troubleshooting methodologies.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware/software issues.

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco CCNA are a plus.

2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and system administration.

Prior experience working in multinational corporations (MNCs) or IT service companies preferred.
• Working Hours
• *

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)

Occasional on-call support or weekend work may be required for system maintenance.
