Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate IT Support Engineer I to provide afterhours IT support for One Medical employees across our nationwide network of medical offices. This position supports clinical teams, administrators, and corporate staff, ensuring seamless IT operations across Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS environments.

This role requires coverage during afterhours, weekends, and holidays (9 PM – 9 AM EST) and may occasionally require on-site work at Amazon corporate locations with 24 hours’ notice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, chat, and ticketing system, documenting resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees in a multi-user, high-availability environment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose complex issues and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security standards, and IT policies.
  • Maintain and contribute to IT knowledge base documentation.
  • Assist in workflow improvements and process optimization.
  • Adhere to flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience with Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
  • 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user, high-availability IT environment.
  • 2+ years experience in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
  • 1+ year IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
  • 2+ years of networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
  • 2+ years experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of computer networking experience.
  • Experience supporting video conferencing and teleconferencing equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Colorado base pay: $53,000 – $86,700/year.
  • National base pay: $47,700 – $103,000/year (depending on location and experience).
  • Eligible for additional equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
