Inventory & Shipping Operations Manager (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring an organized and detail-focused Inventory & Shipping Operations Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and shipping efficiency across our fulfillment network. In this fully remote position, you’ll manage real-time inventory systems, lead outbound logistics processes, and ensure smooth coordination between warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple virtual and physical locations
• Coordinate and optimize daily shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Lead remote inventory control staff and logistics support teams
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues
• Ensure accuracy in stock reporting, order fulfillment, and carrier tracking
• Generate performance reports and implement process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management and shipping/logistics operations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in inventory management systems, shipping platforms, and spreadsheets
• Experience managing logistics in a remote or distributed setup
